Scout Adventure Retreat Identity System

Scout Adventure Retreat is an outdoor adventure campus concept designed for children, families, teachers, caregivers, and older teens. The campus is built around exploration, movement, and shared experiences, with different areas for outdoor activities, dining, gathering, learning, and evening events. Because the retreat brings many experiences into one environment, the goal was to create an identity and wayfinding system that would make the campus feel connected, welcoming, and easy to navigate. This project focused on creating a visual system that supports a sense of adventure while still giving visitors clear guidance as they move through the space.

The design was developed through a warm color palette, rounded shapes, friendly typography, and simple illustrated elements inspired by nature, camping, and outdoor play. These choices help create a visual style that feels playful and approachable, while still being structured enough to support real navigation across the campus. The signage system was designed to be visible from a distance, helping visitors recognize important destinations and feel more confident as they explore. Overall, the project gives the retreat a strong visual personality and helps turn the campus into a more organized, engaging, and memorable visitor experience.
